Get in TouchOur founder Luke Blair & his good friend Sam will be competing in Hyrox Olympia & the Hackney Half Marathon this coming May. The Hyrox challenge combines 8k of running with functional workouts completed at 1k intervals in a competitive time as possible. The Hackney Half marathon covers 13.1 miles of East London.
They will be raising money to support the great work that takes place at Haven House Children’s Hospice in Woodford Green.

Haven House Children’s Hospice cares for seriously ill babies and children by creating a loving and warm environment for them and their families while they go through the toughest of times. £6m is needed each year to provide the services and support they cover.
£5 – could help pay for physiotherapy sessions to improve a child's strength, balance and co-ordination.
£10 – could assist with therapeutic yoga that can improve their sleep, reduce stress and reduce anxiety. This improves their quality of life and mental well-being.
£20 – could go towards a child spending a day at the Hospice, allowing access to nursing care and letting parents recharge so they can care better when the child comes home.
